Olivia Rouge Shop is a website owned by Olivia Rouge, where products are being sold by the company Olivia Rouge 2189943-0. Olivia Rouge keeps all rights reserved for possible changes in the terms & conditions without any notice in advance.
As the basic payment option in our web boutique is card/bank transfer payments via Checkout Finland. In addition you can also pay via invoice (products are sent AFTER the invoice has been payed). When picking up the order from our atelier, you can also pay with cash or credit/debit cards.
When ordering to/from outside of Finland, please use the INVOICE as payment option. We will then send you info via e-mail about where to make the payment to (either PayPal or bank transfer) after we have calculated the postages.
Delivery and delivery costs
When ordering to and from Finland, you can find the delivery options in the cart once you are done with shopping, the prices are calculated automatically based on the weight/size of the product(s). We use the finnish postal service for deliveries. You can also pick your order up from our atelier in Orivesi or in special cases at Dance Studio Razzmatazz in Tampere. In order to pick your order up, you need to be in contact first via e-mail to book an appointment: firstname.lastname@example.org
When ordering outside of Finland, please use the INTERNATIONAL DELIVERY and choose INVOICE as payment in the cart! We will send you all the necessary info for making payments. See more about international delivery here: International delivery info
The delivery times of made to measure products vary from minimum of 2-3 weeks onwards, depending on the queue of work at each moment. If you are in a rush with your order and need it in less than 2 weeks, we will add anoter 20% to the bill, please contact us via e-mail if you need the speedy delivery.
For products in stock we try our best to deliver them 2-3 days (working days) after recieving the order.
Returns & Exchange
Almost all of the items you find in our shop are CUSTOM ORDERS, this means that everything is made specifically upon purchase on your own size and preferences.
Since everything is custom made by hand we generally cannot accept returns and/or offer refunds on custom/lingerie items (due also to hygienic reasons) but feel free to contact us if there's any kind of issue with your order, we will do our best to find a solution together
If you bought a non-custom READY MADE item and the item you purchased arrives damaged, not as described etc. please contact us within 14 days (including the day of ordering) from receiving the parcel for a exchange/refund. If you ordered from and to Finland, you can return the product if it didn't fit you etc, but you must always contact us via e-mail before making a possible return to email@example.com since we don't have a return policy agreement with the postal office!
We remind you RETURN SHIPPING COSTS ARE BUYERS RESPONSIBILITY OUTSIDE OF FINLAND.
Your refund will be issued once we get the damaged/wrong item back and will NOT include shipping fees.
